OUR HERITAGE

Dooley Funeral Service was founded in 1913 by Charles and Elizabeth Dooley to serve the people of Union County, New Jersey as funeral directors.  Over the intervening years, their sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and their great-grandchildren have passed down from generation to generation Charles and Elizabeth's belief in dignity for all and consideration for the bereaved.  We remain family owned and operated, serving families of all faiths.  Our staff includes both third and fourth generation family members, as well as other licensed professionals who are dedicated to providing the finest funeral services possible that are tailored to the needs and beliefs of the families we serve.  Both our company and our family are committed to providing personalized attention and assistance to our families during their time of need.  This commitment extends beyond the funeral to encompass the dignity of the departed as well as our assurance of services which are both special and meaningful.
